About

I have 20 years years experience working within the Property Industry from Estate Agents, to Property Developers, Property Entrepreneurs and for Private Landlords. I have learnt invaluable knowledge working in Sales, Lettings and Property Management.  Attention to detail is crucial and the ability to give impartial advice and be very customer focused is paramount to our Code of Practice.

Having experience of being both a Landlord and a Tenant I am very aware of the problems which you could be faced with at the end of a tenancy. If you have a professionally prepared Inventory report to use at the end of a tenancy when you carry out your ‘Check-Out’, worries and concerns from both the tenant and the landlord can be alleviated, giving you a much smoother and stress free experience.

Having this quality of service becomes important to our clients at the end of a tenancy. Often, disputes can arise over seemingly trivial matters concerning the condition of a property and its contents. Sometimes it is just a disagreement over what constitutes “fair wear and tear”, sometimes responsibility for damages are disputed. It is impossible to assess these issues without a definitive statement of the condition of the property before and after the tenancy – the Inventory together with a Check In report and the Check Out report will support this.
