An Inventory clerk will visit your property and complete a thorough Property Inventory, which includes colour digital photos. It will cover everything inside and out and its decorative state at the time.
You will then be able to use this Property Inventory when you check-in tenants or we can also check your tenants in and get them to sign the property inventory there and then (see property inventory and check in). We also take meter readings and collect your keys.
We recommend getting the same company to complete the check out report to ensure that you have consistency when it comes to deposit disputes.
